Out of respect to the financial commitments promised by the group as a whole, we ask all our members to thoughtfully consider and agree to the following terms before committing to membership. Thank you.

COMMITMENT: By checking this box and submitting this application, I am agreeing that the information I provide below is accurate and true. I am pledging to participate in 100 Women Who Fund Founders, and I am making a personal commitment to contribute $400 each calendar year ($100 quarterly) to Idaho Women for Education, 501(c)3, and that my donation will become a grant to female entrepreneurs operating a business in Idaho. I agree to donate monthly, quarterly or annually in order for a cash grant to be awarded to the woman owned /operated business selected by the group's majority vote taken during the quarterly event. If I am unable to attend a quarterly meeting, I will either pay online, covering any fees incurred by online payment. I also acknowledge that photographs and videos taken at events and meetings may include my image and may be used in promotional materials for 100 Women Who Fund Female.

I understand my personal contact information is strictly confidential and I understand it will not be shared or distributed to an outside third party without my expressed consent. If 100 Women Who Fund Female chooses to publish a Membership Directory, I give permission for my contact information be included in that directory.

By joining today, I am committing to an annual membership of $400, that can be paid in four $100 installments or one annual payment of $400. with the understanding that there is a $100 financial commitment prior to each quarterly meeting.
